Magnesium supplements! I thought I didn’t need it cause I’ve never had a problem falling asleep but it doesn’t just help you sleep, it improves the quality of your sleep. I no longer wake up groggy and tired. I wake up feeling like I can run a few miles. Very well rested 👌🏾

I’ve learnt that as an adult, the one thing you should possess dearly is INTENTION. You have to be intentional about building relationships, routines, showing up & most importantly, be intentional about creating time to REST. There will always be something that wants your time.
