Don't be a fat PE teacher. Athletes are more likely to have better fitness scores if their coach is fit. In a study of physical educators, it was found that students scored higher on fitness tests when their teachers were perceived as fit. Kids can sense hypocrisy.

This week the U14A Netball team competed at the U14 Birley's Tournament. Winning four out of their five games, the players finished an impressive second place!
