Under-hyped basics;.- lift heavy.- jump fast & far in different stances & vectors.- throw med balls in lots of patterns.- sprint fast.- condition aerobic AND anaerobic pathways.- have hard days and easy days. I build off these basics first. Then it’s infused with the other stuff.

Improving your Reverse Lunge & Split Squat numbers will improve your Squat numbers…. Improving your Squat numbers won’t do much for your Reverse Lunge & Split Squat numbers… . Single Leg emphasized lifts should be more than an accessory.

If you start summer training next week remember athletes are most susceptible to Rhabdo week 1 & 2. -upper body is the most susceptible, don’t overdo volume especially for pushups/burpees. -single session intensity can cause it but so can overall workload. Program in a lower.
