But my 10 year old son’s personal QB coach saw a video of a Patrick Mahomes workout. He’s going to get my son to the league.
Parents love the "advanced stuff" and many S&C Coaches do as well. They open private facilities & dupe people into this BS. And then we have 15 yr olds who are "too advanced" for a goblet squat and can't do a pull up. "Battle the BullSh-t" @johnwelbourn
