We combined single-chain antibody with Auxin Inducible Degron 2 (AID2) technology to achieve conditional protein knockdown. AID2 platform now enables degradation of native endogenous proteins without the need for genetic🧬 fusion of a degron with the target protein gene. (2/🧵).
