To me, this is cooler than being quoted by a movie star. @MVAitor is the superstar research whose writing strongly influenced our approach to carb intake (and fatigue resistance training theory) in coaching. He has changed the game forever 🙏.
Interesting feat! Congrats @MountainRoche and thanks for sharing it. High carbohydrate intake and trail running. Still many learnings to apply in this sport! 🙏🏼👏🏼.
