They moved the entire program to New Orleans except the team.
The request was made Aug. 17, according to sources, well after such uniform changes are normally made. Northwestern had already set up jerseys, decals, "moving an entire program all the way down to New Orleans," according to a source.

Per a Northwestern source, Tulane’s request to wear white jerseys was made to the Wildcats on Aug. 17. Jerseys are typically agreed upon months before a game.
