Splitting: when BPD individual goes into black and white thinning. All good or all bad. This can be rapid cycling. One minute you are the favorite person to the worst enemy. BPD individual cannot comprehend that someone can be a good person and do bad things.

My ex did this to me so many times, I literally lost count. I was under 4 - 90 day investigations in two different states in one year. By the end of our last custody trial I was on a first name basis with social workers who had to continually come to my house. #abusebyproxy
