Irrational request!! Hyd was never our capital after bifurcation & we don't need it too. Rather than asking for such foolish thing, it's better to work upon our state. Else we will always stick to Hyd which is irrelevant for AP since long back. Please think wisely.

I hope you are an educated person who can do basic research on the data being presented. 1. NSO did a survey in 2017-18 on literacy rate assessment where AP obtained literacy rate of 66.4%. 2. After that there was no survey on literacy rate till date (1/n)
