Actually, in Afghanistan, it's not quite that straightforward. "ISIS-K" generally draws from dissatisfied Talibs and Pakistani sectarian groups. The ISI has worked VERY hard to cultivate the so-called ISIS-K. It never had tied to al Baghdadi.
