What does showing off really do for u? It perhaps gives u a temporary high. Very temporary. It most often leaves a bad feeling in those u are showing off to. It's the ultimate display of external locus of control, that somehow u need their perception of u to make you feel better.

The mistakes I’ve made because of not knowing something have generally been far less serious than the ones I’ve made from thinking I know it all.

@SACAPGrad_CL A2 think that we may find we need to do more virtual coaching - coronavirus could be a worldwide trigger. We need to be able to generate trust and presence virtually. I think we need to do more virtual coaching in our training. #CoachingTrends2020
