@robfarndell All corporates I work with and for embrace the "whole person" and no longer separate their employee into the work part who needs to achieve targets versus the home part whose teenage daughter isn't speaking to them. They overlap. #coachingcareer

#LifelongLearning We talk about lifelong learning - bring it into everyday language. Respect it for all ages. See that it may be different in look and feel and realise it needs to be personalised.

@SACAPGrad_CL A1. Yes - we work with coachees for them to learn, grow and move and to acquire new direction, skills etc. To step out of comfort and negotiate fear to get to learning and growth. We need to apply the same to ourself as a coach. #lifelonglearning.

We need to walk the talk, push our boundaries, remain relevant, find new ways to apply learnings, adapt to the changing needs of our clients. This means keeping abreast of new research, methodologies & trends. Self development = added value to self & others #lifelonglearning
