MoMa Breastfeeding is a new mother-to-mother breastfeeding support organisation. We are volunteer run and rely on donations to offer local support and meetings around the country. Please help us by donating and spreading the word.

We now have MoMa groups in the north west of England on the Fylde Coast, and the north west, in various places in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland. We are not in Scotland yet, but we are planning to be, although it will take a while.

We thought we’d share a little bit about MoMa Breastfeeding. The MoMa part of our name comes from Mothers Make, because it is the fundamental truth of our organisation. Mothers make everything ‒ our support, our meetings and of course the babies & the breastmilk!.

We were saddened to hear of the recent death of Naomi Stadlen. Naomi's book 'What Mothers Do: especially when it looks like nothing' is one that means a huge amount to many of us who found it enormously helpful when adjusting to motherhood.
