Noboru shows a 'MD simulation'. ATG9 vesicles move freely due to thermodynamic fluctuations. When they contact the OPTN droplet in the center of the screen, the ATG9 vesicles are captured and anchored to the droplet due to the wetting effect (Mizushima et al. unpublished)

水島さんによる"分子動力学シミュレーション"です。.ATG9小胞は、熱力学的振動により自由に運動しています。画面中央のOPTN液滴に接触すると、Wettingの効果により、ATG9小胞は液滴に捕獲されて係留されました(Mizushima et al. unpublished)
