@Lennieboy72 @MartinSLewis I'm a veggie. It happens sometimes. In this case I honestly think the cafe owner hadn't made the connection even though I know that's not good enough. I was once given vegetarian soup with chicken in it and when I pointed it out they said, 'But it's not meat, it's bird!'

@MirandaKeeling I only serve meat free options, the bacon fat supplies all the flavour. If you don't ask you probably wouldn't know.
