I have a little fascination with this design. It's the Focke Wulf Fw 159 and most people don't know it. Designed by Obering. (Eng.) Blaser at Focke-Wulf, it was a direct competitor to the Bf 109 and He 112 when the German Air Ministry (1934) called for a new fighter aircraft. 1/5

Apparently Germany came out with some 'family friendly' tabletop war games in WW2, including something on Battle of Britain, UBoots and bombers with special dice and models. I knew of more simply games but this stuff is sophisticated. Family fun was very different back then.
