I loved seeing the range of clinician backgrounds & levels of experience work collaboratively to share knowledge. Open culture to check and challenge (respectfully) & seek to gain insight from all members of the team

@HalPhysio Inspiration from @wilksey49 helping set the scene for consider areas regarding change. Change in healthcare can be complex. Done badly it can lead to chaos. But the strive to continuously improve, enhancing access and outcomes has to drive innovation.

The first session with @HalPhysio was based around quality improvement. The group ideas around topics for the were fantastic. Identifying a problem statement, analysing the contributing factors, considering the range of change options and assessing their possible pros and cons.

We set the brief to all facilitators to build interactive sessions that facilitated discussion and development of expertise. Learning as an active process > being 'told' information to remember.

Today was the 2nd of our face to face study days @Connect_Health_ this time for our North Services. It was a joy listening to the in-room engagement, shared learning insights and the aspiration from everyone to continuously improve.
