The Conservatives are right: Canada should end birthright citizenship

It's time to restore fairness to Canada's immigration system. That means aligning with most other countries in the world and end auto-citizenship for descendants of temporary residents and visitors. At least one parent should be a citizen or PR to qualify for auto-citizenship.

Ending birthright citizenship is a perfectly reasonable idea, but it's going to freak the usual suspects right the hell out.
