@PTarantinoMD I don’t know that you can say that Destiny Breast 09 is practice changing. A lot of us are much more interested in a DEMETER approach with T’Dxd x6 followed by maintenance. Indefinite T’Dxd from the moment of diagnosis is a big pill to swallow and not patient friendly.

Indeed. TBH, the discussant of the Serena 6 trial seemed to have hit most of the points of the checklist. Matterhorn on the other hand is a completely different story.
