Carol Dweck coined the term #GROWTHMINDSET, describing it as the ability to succeed through hard work and dedication. A key term associated with it is the word #YET - "I can't do it, yet!" We may not be able to do something now but it does not mean we will never be able to do it.

Interviewers are previous Heads or Deputy Heads of schools or departments, all with lots of experience of the interview process. They will conduct a short mock interview and then provide feedback, both verbally and written.

Our mock interviews are designed for children to practice speaking with an unknown adult and to learn how to approach an interview with calm and confidence.
