A bit of a thread β¦ Hello there,.Some of you may have noticed Iβve not been about since New Year.Thatβs because on 2 January I collapsed at home with renal failure. I had no idea what was going on. The amazing #NHS saved my life, at The Royal, Edinburgh, those first few 1/β¦.

3 of 3 .The downside is getting to like anyone, two fellow βinmatesβ on my section died over Christmas and their replacements arrive today, it seems Godβs Waiting Room has a revolving door.

2 of 3 my home, car, furnishings, items that meant something to me. also some family and friends. All gone. Now I live in one room in a nursing home, granted I no longer have to cook or clean β¦.

Three years ago today I collapsed at home. I didnβt realise as I was taken away in the ambulance that I would never return. After six months in hospital, I moved into the Nursing Home. In these three years I have lost my independence, freedom to make spontaneous decisions, 1 of 2.

I used to do this as well, it's wonderful to watch the birds taking it, the expressions on the cats faces was priceless. π.
This man leaves out his catβs fur so birds can use it to make their nests. π
