Can you please mark one flask ‘coffee’ and one flask ‘tea’ & teach staff that never, I MEAN NEVER, the twain shall meet.
You can never clean them properly, just segregate them.

In a hotel-based training course, a staff member came in to fill the water tank of our drinks machine.
He used a plastic bucket with "mayonnaise" scrawled on the side in black marker.

We had a certain member of staff reheat a cup of coffee by pouring it directly into the kettle. Needless to say, the kettle was binned and said MoS duly given a telling off
