This echos everything that happened to myself and @Hollywoodford01 yesterday @theJeremyVine I’ve never been so badly treated by any company like we were yesterday. The culture is shocking and all because we had 2 bikes!!
How does @AvantiWestCoast have any customers? Train to Manchester yesterday ... two coaches short, all seats de-reserved, every carriage packed with standing passengers, aircon dripping from ceiling in two carriages, no running water. Return to London today ... train 27 minutes
