Rubbish👇. India needs to do less of diplomacy-giri and more of real leverage-bldg via $/tech. Stop attending myriad talkshops - SCO, QUAD, G20; focus internally on increasong our heft. 9% growth (which we have never achieved continuously) >>>>> all diplomats. .

This visit has been in the works for a long time, and these visits at the highest levels take months (not weeks) to prepare, even more so in the case of China. To forcefully read the same thing in every occurrence is why many sitting abroad always seem to be caught off guard.
