This card shouldn’t be a 10 ….. You can see the edge in top right has white spots…..this is an 8 or 9 at best. Really wild PSA gave this a 10. Whoever buys it is a chump

Federal funding is the core issue We should end most of it and pet states and local municipalities have their own local taxes for programs they desire. Strip the federal government of the power to tax for so many things and end federal funding.
