So much hate for widows 😂. I have windows laptop and I hardly use it, whenever I use it, I realise why macos is better. With windows I have issues , I cannot do a stream without compromising quality of stream. Cannot do npm install when live streaming. It feels like too

Be a staff engineer means you have to master the skill of leading without authority (without direct reports), and to realize that be a good solo IC is not enough. Leading without managing is not easier, it’s a challenging opportunity, both emotionally and professionally 😅.

If you're using Tailwind, don't sleep on child selectors. They clean up your styles and eliminate repetition. Vibe coding agents aren't smart enough to do this. (if you're using CSS, keep scrolling)
