After a decade of campaigning Neonatal Leave is finally here, giving parents of premature and sick babies the time they so desperately need. We are so incredibly proud of the Smallest Things parent-led campaign which has bought about this historic change, but there’s more to do!

It is finally time, Neonatal Leave and Pay is becoming law, so proud to be a part of @_SmallestThings who have campaigned for so long and never wavered. This new change will make a massive difference to families #smallestthingsbigimpact.
