Hasan Piker (@hasanthehun) makes UNBELIEVABLY GROSS claims about Jewish people in Nazi Germany, claiming there were "...Jews in the Nazi government command structure..." Lonerbox (@BoxLoner) weighs in & debunks instantly:

A perfect example of how single family houses can create walkable urbanism Good density, beautiful design, cars and garages hidden on the inside of the development, balconies and small yards facing the street.

In a just & right world Brandes would be our governor.
Here’s former state Sen. @JeffreyBrandes responding to the Saturday news dump that Manny Diaz Jr was named sole finalist for presidency of @UWF – Brandes had carried the open gov’t law exemption putting university president searches largely in the shade.

@fineout @PresMannyDiazJr Amazing how this keeps happening, and we keep finding the only one person out of the group of finalists, despite my friendship with @PresMannyDiazJr. This policy should be hunted down at the end of the five-year review period and voted down.

Wow, everything really is downstream of housing affordability. This paper (long but very interesting, recommended reading) makes a compelling case that our housing crisis helps explain the rise of the degen economy and the shape of Gen Z culture. What happens when young people

I'm sorry but you cannot tell me we could get Apollo 13 astronauts home with duct tape but can't figure out how to make a lander 2x bigger than the LEM fit at least two humans instead of being unmanned by 2028.
My picture is no where as cool as Jeff’s but here’s me with the MK-1 lander in our Florida campus lobby🚀🌖

So are we having fun with iterative design yet?

If the QC isn't good enough to keep Booster 18 intact during cryo testing, how are you ever going to reuse a Starship covered with a bajillion tiles and have faith it can rapidly transport anything (let alone humans) on a short turnaround This isn't a case of "this is why we

One thing I always say about Pinellas is never doubt our resilience. How many counties can say just a year after 3 major hurricanes impacted our county in a single year, their beaches are almost fully restored from storm erosion and the roof is back on the Trop.
Panel by panel, thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly to make @tropicanafield whole again. With the placement of the last piece, yesterday was a massive step forward for us, The City of St. Pete and Rays fans everywhere.

And that's a conservative number, we know they spent at least $5 billion as of 2023.

SpaceX will have spent $5 billion or more on its Starship vehicle and launch infrastructure by the end of the year, according to court filings and comments.

The rapid iteration approach doesn't seem to be working on Starship. SLS: 14 years from announcement to first successful full test launch. Cost $11.8 billion to date Starship: 9 years from announcement hasn't even gotten to orbit. Cost at least ≈ $7 to 10 billion to date
I really don’t want to hear another word about how canceling SLS now is a good idea, when the rocket you want to replace it with is doing *THIS* in CRYO TESTING years deep into the program.

This is just bad politics, even if you agree with the argument, at least bring it back to ending aid and that money back home to make life more affordable for you. Israel is not on the list of issues NYC voters including Democrats care about.
The horrific colonial violence we have witnessed will not end with the genocide in Gaza. I am running for Congress to block our financing of the extremist “Greater Israel” plan. Donate & Support: https://t.co/0WFcrsufs9

The American housing lifecycle is broken. You should buy a home in order to house your family, then when your kids are out of the home, you should downsize so that someone else can build a family in a sizable home and you can reduce your property tax burdens. Simple, really.
