The STEM/App-AI Summer Camp interns are on a roll 🚗 As part of their preparation for the camp, they built a rover (from scratch!) and programmed it to autonomously find its way out of a 'room' by following a simple obstacle avoidance algorithm. Camp starts next week!

We had a great time at #MarylandDay! People tested an object detection algorithm (it did successfully identify a dog!), saw our robotic eyes that follow your movement, and learned about the other research we do at the lab. Thank you to everyone who visited our table! @ClarkSchool
