#Employment rights include #ParentalRights so we were delighted to have the opp to attend & contribute to this event with @justinmadders @ProspectUnion & @CIPD.
Today we welcomed Employment Rights Minister @justinmadders to a joint panel event with the @CIPD on improving employment relations. We were joined by employers, trade unions and Government officials. Only through partnerships like this will we work together to make work pay.
