It was a great opportunity for our lab to showcase some of our exciting research on the neuro-immune axis and its role in regeneration. Grateful for the Minister’s visit and the recognition of the importance of biomedical research!.

We’re excited to share our latest research published today in Nature! In this study, we identified a novel neuro-immune axis that promotes tissue healing after injury. We found that the neuropeptide CGRP is released from nociceptors, a specialised subset of sensory neurons, (1/3).
