Good news! I’ll certainly be lining up for my 4th dose. I know that healthcare workers across Victoria will welcome this decision. Vaccines work, they reduce the severity of illness and decrease the need for hospitalisation of Covid patients, and that’s good news for everybody.
There is a growing third Omicron wave. The Technical Group on Immunisation has now recommended Australians over 50 receive a 4th COVID dose. If you are aged 30-49 you are also able to receive a 4th dose if you choose.
