Jacinta Allan’s announcement is such a dud that she is refusing to announce it in public. Instead, she is holding a secret press conference in a locked up room at the Half Moon Hotel in Church St, Brighton (at 11.30). The announcement is desperate, it’s nasty, and it will fail.
