Thrilled to share our study with Z. Gitai, N. Wingreen & T. Silhavy. We measured degradation of ~3.2k E. coli proteins in various conditions, finding cytoplasmic proteins recycle under nitrogen-limitation. #Proteomics #ProteinTurnover #EcoliResearch.
