Hope this helps anyone that is looking for ideas on how to set up their infield development portfolio folder. When I started coaching I wish somebody would just share ideas on how it looked for them. Not to copy, you still have to know how to coach it, but to have some guidance.

Great lunch with a buddy of mine whose son played for us the last few years. They were fortunate that they found a fit but I’m telling you, this whole college recruiting thing just chews people up and spits them out. Small advice, please don’t live and die with this stuff. 🙏🏼
