I started my coaching journey 3 years ago not knowing what I was doing. I learned from a bunch of great coaches and met so many good people along the way. Fast forward to now and I’m a 2x state champion and have coached some of the top wrs in the city. Thankful for it all 🤞🏼
It’s crazy how time flies. I use to coach & mentor him in High School & now he is coaching with me & mentoring others... Excited to have @MarcJQ11 on our staff one of the brightest kids I have ever known is going to do a amazing job with the varsity receivers‼️ #KOMETS

I was fortunate to coach my boys in HS & now one of them has moved on to become an OC!! Always want to help the be better by sharing things I learned along the way! One of the toughest battles when I was coaching (and also shows up when I’m analyzing) is basing my response off

If your coach holds everyone accountable, you are VERY fortunate. A lot of coaches allow some players to do whatever they want, whenever they want with absolutely no consequence. Discipline, responsibility & accountability are life prep! If your coach cares that much, respect it!
