Great drill that portrays the environment of overwhelming momentum. The key is to resist opening with the lead foot and subtly swiping the back foot backwards. High-level QBs are problem solvers; their environment is chaotic and unpredictable.

I used to be a slide backwards hater, my perspective has changed now we use it as a drill. You can create more energy if two forces are moving in opposite directions. Lower body stopping as upper body accelerating 📈
