This is an extremely important point to bring up in the discussion of supposed misogyny amongst BB/BSC fans. Whilst it's 100% true that some of the hate for Skylar is motivated by conscious and subconscious misogyny, most of it is derived from how she's presented.
I cannot stress enough how everyone, including the creator of the show, still fails to grasp that the audience naturally does not like the Good Person character who's waving a frying pan and yelling at the main character to stop getting into adventures
