Whilst at a restaurant last night an elderly gent who was at a nearby table with his family suddenly became unwell resulting in me assisting with CPR. The staff at Grapollo Huddersfield were amazing, thank you. If his family see this I send you all my love, hope he is doing well

Bruno did really well on todays hike up Mount Snowdon, up and down in less than 5 hours (with plenty water breaks included). He now looks like what I do....

Retirement has taken some adapting to, however I am now feeling the benefits of being away from the working life I loved. As for Macy, its great to see her enjoying being laid on the rug dreaming of catching bad guys. For us......the past was great but the future will be amazing
