We completed a #preIND meeting with the FDA to discuss the regulatory pathway for the development of MOON101 for the treatment of #peanutallergy. We received guidance on a first-in-human clinical trial for MOON101 in peanut allergic children and adults.

One takeaway from the treatment session of #foodallergy symposium at #ACAAI19: no single food allergy treatment in development will be suited for all patients. There are pro/cons for each of the approaches. Shared decision making willl be key for each person/ family.

#FDA advisory committee recommends approval of $AIMT #Palforzia, with a 7-2 vote. However, the 8-1 safety vote came with the understanding that a risk mitigation strategy would be in place due to the side effects. Positive news for #peanutallergy patients.
