@des_winter @BJSurgery @BJSAcademy @young_bjs This study didn’t find a difference between D2 and D3 lymphadenectomy but there are many surgeons who do more like a D1.5 lymphadenectomy. This is why population data shows CME is superior but a trial/registry with good quality surgery in both arms does not. @MIRCAST_Study
