📢 The 2025 Biophysical Society Annual Meeting in LA is around the corner, and we need nominations/self-nominations for 5 leadership positions for the Multiscale Genome Organization Subgroup This is a fantastic opportunity to support our field and engage with the Society. 🧵⬇️

6️⃣ Program Co-Chairs: You’ll lead the scientific programming for the Annual Subgroup Meeting, including inviting speakers, setting up the symposium, and coordinating logistics. Program Co-Chairs are responsible for crafting an impactful and engaging program for 2026 in SF.

5️⃣ Secretary-Treasurer: This role involves managing membership records, budgeting, sponsorships, and working with the Chair on organisational tasks. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the Subgroup running smoothly and maintaining financial health.

4️⃣ Co-Chair-Elect: As Chair, you’ll organise the annual Subgroup meeting, oversee the Student Research Achievement Award (SRAA), manage Subgroup communications, and liaise with the Biophysical Society. Co-Chairs serve as Chair during the 2027 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.
