This was more or less my experience until i turned 16 and it was way too lit
I read that teens would be willing to get off their phones more if their parents let them go anywhere alone. They’d even settle for hanging out in their own front yards unsupervised. But parents overwhelmingly won’t allow it. I don’t think therapy can do much in the face of that.
