What a fantastic start of 'Experience of Care Week' at the Royal London Hospital. Over 40 members of staff and 12 patients/relatives engaged meaningfully and offered suggestions on how we can improve patient experience at the RLH.

Last week we had a great time distributing Eid gifts for all the children in the inpatient areas. To see the smile on the children's faces was priceless🌝. Thank you to the RLH Playteam and Muhammad, Faruq and Ruquyya from the Chaplaincy team for your help.

Yesterday, we had a floor walk with Celia Burrell and Babinta Jacob through the NICU unit. It is always good to come with a pair of fresh and to understand the experiences of our service users and make a difference.
