More evidence of @POTUS's historic labor market recovery: Hispanic unemployment: Down to 3.8% in September – the lowest ever on record! Cut by >1/2 from 8.6% in Jan 2021. Black unemployment: Down from 9.2% in Jan 2021 to 5.8% in September – below its Feb 2020 rate of 6%.
