Pretty big concession schools are required to make if signing this agreement. Imagine if the NCAA had required schools not to support or assist in any litigation against it, including lawsuits by state AGs. We’d still be in the dark ages with respect to college athlete rights.

There’s no thing that’s holding college volleyball back more than this. The hype & energy going into the tournament can only be done at local level instead of nationally because of it. Next contract negotiation between TV & NCAA (or whoever) is incredibly important for our sport.
