At the @royalwelshshow last week and great to see a few house martins. Sadly lots of evidence of nests that had fallen, at least 1 must have fallen recently as an adult kept flying to where it used to be. Perhaps fallen due to the recent heat.@NFFNUK @RSPBCymru #housemartin

Pop up farm shop is open tomorrow 10 till 12 Saturday 23rd of November. Were packed full of amazing local food including our mutton bresaola, locally blended tea and our own beef, lamb and mutton. Oh, and don't forget to order your turkey, selling fast!.#localfood

Mutton Bresaola!.This weekend we'll have our very own mutton bresaola for you! .The loin of Oxford Down mutton was cured red in red wine, juniper berries and rosemary before air drying. We obviously had to taste test it and its superb. #muchadoaboutmutton.#mutton

The aim was to educate and inspire farmers to improve their hedgerows with either more sensitive flailing or rejuvenation principles like coppicing or laying. This was backed up with talks to help farmers access grants and ecological payments to make it viable. #hedgefest24
