This! Depression take very consistent behavior to get through. You have to build new habits, new ways of thinking, etc. and ADHD can make that really difficult. It’s SO important to get diagnosed and treated and so many ppl don’t smh
I wish more people would take treating their ADHD more seriously, because that combined with depression can be a deadly combination. The inability to focus on what you love, in front of you cuz you’re distracted by severe depressive thoughts can ruin or end lives.
