Patellofemoral hypermobility can influence function and give patients a subjective sense of the knee giving way (in the absence of TFJ pathology). Recognising the factors that influence it and being able to assess it can help educate patients and potentially improve outcomes.

Nice end to the weekend shift, putting these to good use - allowing 2 patients to cycle away against each other on the ward. Adding resistance training wherever possible for older people is vital for reconditioning! 💪 @UHS_Therapy
