The usual chaos on @GWRHelp 16.35 pm train to Plymouth this afternoon. Extortionate prices and shockingly bad service! 5 carriages instead of 9 so we are cooped in the corridor standing to Plymouth. Will be asking for all of our money back. #shockingtrainservices
