Ever wanted to see how we farm for yourself? We have just opened a small, nature-friendly campsite on the farm with tipis and tent pitches, so you can meet the flock that provides the beautiful wool for my knitwear.

Do not feed these industries. They are parasites slowly sucking the life out of and then killing our family farms, our soils, our environments and then keeping all the spoils for themselves. #GoOrganic let's start a shift and starve these parasites to death.

Look at that cracking fleece. She’s spent the last 5 months growing a strong, healthy lamb on 100% pasture and still puts out fibre like that 🐏💪🤎.

Any thoughts on how much worse the wet weather is going to get in the South of England? We lamb outdoors on wet ground starting in a week. We could do indoors, but it would come at a big financial cost & I’d be gutted if I made that jump, then a week later the weather improves 🤦‍♀️

Episode 2 out now … Leather is controversial in sustainable fashion conversations. The cattle industry gets labelled as one of the big emitters of methane & leather manufacturing uses toxic chemicals that pollute the environment - but this isn’t the only way to produce leather.

We still have turkeys available! find your local turkey farmer and support them, sales dropped off a cliff when the bird flu in turkeys story hit the headlines and I think people rushed out and bought frozen. @NFU_Poultry @BBCWiltshire @BBCFoodProg @BBCFarmingToday @BBCr4today

And at the New Forest Show in July he won best Portland Ram and Reserve Portland Champion, as well as again winning Portland Wool on the Hoof and Interbreed Reserve Champion by a judge from @britishwool . Let’s hope the ewes are as impressed by this chap as I am! 🐏❤️

My new tup “Zorba”. I am absolutely delighted with him. He has the most perfect face, a set of horns that mean business and a lovely temperament. He had some big boots to fill, but joins my flock with an impressive show record. #sheepoftheweek

The problem is not simply that capitalism produces too much, but that it produces the wrong stuff: SUVs, fast fashion and planned obsolescence instead of public transit, affordable housing and universal healthcare. It overuses resources and still fails to meet even basic needs.

Sheep work. Getting my hands on my beautiful ewe lambs this afternoon was the perfect tonic to a very stressful week. 🐏🤎

It’s a pleasure to be sharing some of my yarns with knitters passionate about provenance. I'm not looking to add yarns to my range it's a one-off to make these available! Every skein is made using the wool from just my flock, grazing in a regenerative, 100% pasture fed system.

A very long, soggy day day with the flock. My ewes are now all separated into their groups ready for the arrival of the tups this week.

I’m really keen to speak to any farmers working with McCain on their “regen fries” project. WRT my @NuffieldFarming study about how brands support farmers in adopting regen. Any help appreciated! 🙏
