outlined to the Executive exactly what was required from the block grant to fund the cut by the Tories to the UC uplift. The money is not there, and therefore the Executive *including Nichola Mallon* decided not to proceed.
Budget decisions have serious consequences for the public & should be made by the Executive. DUP & Sinn Fein have again gone behind closed doors & excluded others. I support money going to health but the SF/DUP cut to Universal Credit will put more pressure on our health service.
